3. Eligibility3. Elegibilidad

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for membership, participate in DYP Coaching programs, or submit a pitch through DYP Pitch. By using these services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Price: The DYP Coaching program costs $997 USD. Payment is required in full before the program begins.

Free Consultation: An initial consultation call is offered at no cost and with no obligation.

Refund Policy: Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued. The free consultation gives participants an opportunity to evaluate the program before committing financially.

Intellectual Property: All course materials, frameworks, templates, and content provided through DYP Coaching are the intellectual property of DYP. Participants may not redistribute, resell, or share these materials without written permission.

6. DYP Pitch Platform6. Plataforma DYP Pitch

No Guarantee of Funding: Submitting a pitch through DYP Pitch does not guarantee any funding, investment, mentorship, or partnership. DYP acts as a connector and facilitator, not as an investor.

Sin Garantia de Financiamiento: Enviar un pitch a traves de DYP Pitch no garantiza financiamiento, inversion, mentoria o alianzas. DYP actua como conector y facilitador, no como inversionista.

No Obligation: DYP has no obligation to invest in, fund, or promote any idea submitted through the platform.

Ownership of Ideas: All ideas, business plans, and intellectual property submitted through DYP Pitch remain the sole property of the submitter. DYP does not claim ownership of any submitted material.

DYP is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made to DYP may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Cryptocurrency Donations: Donations made in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) are final and non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions.

DYP may launch a governance token (DYP Token) in the future. If and when launched:
